Are You Wearing Cut-Out Leggings?

It’s 2010 and I’ve vowed to stop wearing ONLY leggings as I pretty much didn’t bother to wear jeans at all last year, however, I may have to renege on that promise. The variety of leggings styles just keeps getting more deliciously outrageous.
Case-in-point: these BCBGMAXAZRIA black nylon cut-out leggings, which I’ve seen a few fashionistas layer over a pair of lace or brightly colored leggings.
