Running out of Union Square station yesterday, I paused to drool momentarily over a fellow fashionista’s peacoat style white coat, and while I could certainly appreciate the coat’s beauty, I also noticed a few dark smudges around the hips and booty.
Which is why I always hesitate to buy white. But at this stage in my life, I’m thinking: I’m in my 30s; child-, pet-, and roommate-free, and can now afford a bi-monthly cleaning bill… maybe it’s time to give it a shot? I seriously want one and the coats below (take note they range in tones from snow white to oatmeal) are really quite yummy, aren’t they?
