Jason Wu’s Spring 2010 collection was certainly made with the ‘Red Carpet Darling’ in mind. Flirty, short frocks were made from a carefully orchestrated pairing of brocade corset tops in classic black suede highlighted by overlaying sheer fabrics in both bold and subtle shades. Jewel toned bubble skirts were cinched at the waist by satin sashes. Vivid, whimsical details included full body pleats, full on feathers and rosette detailing.
