It seems like designers had some really stylish grandmothers because just as quilted leather has re-emerged as a runway trend, lace is hot right now too.
For her romantic and retro spring 2010 line, designer Caroline Charles showed a lush lace maxi skirt, lace driving gloves, and lace leggings (as pictured above). Jasper Conran’s spring 2010 collection also featured lovely lacy dresses and knits.
But just because lace is on the runway doesn’t mean you’re buying it. Or are you?
