I know I do and if you know me personally you also know it ain’t no secret. Seriously, I’ve gotten into on- the-street-arguments with friends that show up at an event with the same skirt/dress/bag that I just bought last week and I never, ever let them live it down. Fashion copycats are also the reason why I insist on shopping ALONE and I think asking someone where they bought an item is the equivalent of asking a person’s credit score. Yea, it’s that serious to me. What’s worse? My grandmother instilled this in me—she used to tell me:
“Tell ‘em it’s vintage or you got it out of town.”
True story.
