Patricia Fields’ one-off Destination Style New York collection, based on the edgy designer’s “greatest hits,” including looks from Sex In The City, is not likely to take off among Field’s hard core fans. Take this nasty little shoe called the “Sadist Pump.” Pat Field shoppers are snapping them up -they’re completely out of sizes 7, 8 and 9 at the New York store – yet they’re absent from the Destination collection because the average Carrie wannabe is not willing go there. Where, you may ask, would that be? Kerin here says that, for the typical Pat Fields girl, it’s the grocery store.
