Deep in the Minneapolis Uptown shopping district, we found fashion heartbreaker Jamie O., who, as it turns out, also works at the boutique Heartbreaker. This sales associate showed up to work in this adorable layered get-up. Jamie gave her miniskirt a funky, classier look by sheeting it over a simple pair of black leggings and a pair of dainty black flats. Jamie’s classic black t-shirt is then funked up by her eye-popping green scarf. Jamie says that if she could dress like any one person every day it would be Edie Sedgwick.
