I know it’s barely spring, but I’m already flipping for what Northwest indie designer Liza Reitz has lined up for Fall 2007. Reitz’s Victorian-inspired frocks look good on nearly any body and are proof positive that some of today’s most elegantly wearable fashion hails from a region still overrun by fleece.
