Skulls are coming out of the closet and going upscale this fall. Dior sent one model down the runway with a skull for a purse. Other favorites include Mastermind’s skull-studded flight bag, Les Bijoux de Sophie’s chunky pink skull necklaces, and Lucien Pellat-Finet’s brightly colored dead heads on cashmere sweaters and polo shirts.
